ORDERS:

We will always choose for you the best option; registered airmail letter or registered airmail parcel; however, your package cannot be tracked.
We will not have a tracking number to give you.
The customs label number is not a valid tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost parcels
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-Ordered products must be paid in advance. They will be shipped as soon as we receive them.
WHERE TO FIND US IN BARCELONA (SPAIN):
You can find us at the Masadas Square Toys Collector Market which takes place in the Masadas Square (Sagrera District), the first Sunday every month of the year except in August.
The "Sagrera" underground station is very close to the Market (only 2 minutes walking).

We do not ship orders in envelopes, all are shipped in boxes.
We will always choose for you the best option (registered airmail letter or airmail parcel). The parcel is always delivered to you under signature.

Airmail letter dimensions are limited to 90 cm. (long + wide + tall), if the parcel measures more than that is must be shipped as airmail parcel.
